Today I really fancied baking something and because Valentine's Day is coming up, I decided to make some love heart brownies and Valentine's chocolate bark.
I love baking! I always find it relaxing and fun. I've never made chocolate bark before but I'm really happy with how it turned out.
Here are some pictures of what I made:

Valentine's Chocolate Bark
To make this I:
* Melted milk chocolate and put it in the fridge to harden.
* Melted white chocolate and poured in some red food colouring and strawberry essence.
* I put the white choc on top of the milk choc and put some pink smarties and sprinkles on top.
* I placed it back in the fridge to harden.

And it's done! It's so easy to make and it's really nice!
My sister always makes a lovely peppermint one at christmas time with candy canes. It's yummy! :-)
Love Heart Brownies
For these, I just used this brownie recipe. I used a heart shaped cutter to make the love heart shapes and I used chocolate buttercream icing and marshmallows and sprinkles to decorate them.
Yum! :-)
