Wise Words Wednesday: Stepping Out Of Your Comfort Zone



So it's Wednesday and you know what that means .... It's time for another batch of wise words!

This quote is so true!

I chose today's quote because lately I've been stuck in my comfort zone which is staying at home rather than going out places. I suffer with anxiety and panic attacks so, this makes it really difficult for me to go out and about. I spend most of my time at home because the thought of going to crowded places scares me too much. While I like being at home and avoiding crowds, I also hate it at the same time because like this quote says if I just stay at home all the time then I will never grow as a person and be the best possible version of myself.

Recently I've been trying to step out of my comfort zone and go out more (slowly but surely) but I definitely think I need to try a bit harder! From now on I really want to try to step out of my comfort zone with everything! From my blog to food, clothes, makeup... everything! I'm going to try to keep an open mind and say yes more!


We all like to stick to what we know and the thought of stepping out of our comfort zone scares us to death! But the only way to grow is to try new things!


So, today I'm setting a challenge for you! Sometime this week I want you to step out of your comfort zone at least once! Whether it's having something new for breakfast, wearing a different shade of lipstick or  writing about a topic that you wouldn't normally write about on your blog, listening to different music..... I'm sure the possible things that you could do to step out of your comfort zone are endless! I'll be doing something new as well so we can do it together ;-)
