Blazer Details
Last week I decided to pop into Zara for a quick "browse" {let's face it, we all knew I wasn't going to come out empty handed *insert monkey with his hands over his eyes emoji*} and I stumbled upon this gorgeous blazer. The gold buttons instantly reminded me of the oh-so-famous Balmain blazers. The buttons are engraved with some sort of a crest which sets it apart from your regular high street blazer and gives it a luxurious element.
The fit is what I love most about this piece: It's not too structured so it looks casual but smart at the same time. I chose the extra small and it was the perfect fit for me! It sits in all the right places and looks 100% flattering.
How I styled it
I wore this outfit to the Littlewoods Ireland V by Very launch last week. As it was a late evening event I decided to go for a casual but sophisticated outfit. You can never go wrong with an all black outfit so that's exactly what I paired the blazer with. I wore the black cross neck top I got from Missguided a few months ago. These style of tops are great if you want to try the low v-neck t-shirt paired with a bralette trend but you're not too keen on having your bra on show, like me. It's playful but I still feel 100% comfortable!
To coincide with the gold buttons on the blazer I decided to pair the look with some dainty gold details. I wore my name necklace from H Samuel jewellers, one of {many of} my Parfois watches and the gold buckle detail on my boots.
This sneaky little purchase lead to a huge haul so if you missed seeing what I bought on Snapchat {@clionhill by the way *wink wink*} then I've linked everything down below. Happy browsing ;-)
