| My Signature Spring Scent From Roger & Gallet! |
Spring is officially in the air! Every morning I wake up to the sounds of the birds chirping their morning song, the sun is beaming more frequently, and in the words of William Wordsworth, a host of golden daffodils can be spotted beside the lake, beneath the trees, fluttering and dancing in the breeze. Now that Spring is upon us I've started to Spring clean my beauty stash so that I can transition my products ready for Spring. One of the beauty items that I've been incorporating into my routine is the Roger & Gallet Bois D'Orange Fragrant Water*.
I first fell in love with Roger & Gallet when I tried their Aura Mirabilis Legendary Cream* in this post, and what stood out to me the most was how luxurious the product was in terms of both packaging and the product itself. The Bois D'Orange obtains that same luxurious feel with the beautiful packaging and the high-quality scent.
The scent is quite different to anything else I own as it has a sweet fruity element from the notes of mandarin and orange blossom but throughout the day the musky and woody notes of amber, pallisander and Atlas cedar come to surface. It's one of those fragrances that evokes memories of a beautiful Spring day spent in the Botanic Gardens. Fragrant waters are known for providing a lightweight scent that isn't overpowering but still lasts all day, and this fragrance did exactly that. I've been wearing this perfume every day for the past couple of weeks and it's become my signature Spring scent as it makes a nice change from my usual floral picks.
