Fragrance favourites

| Three Fragrance Favourites! |

If you told me I'd be into perfumes and starting a little collection this day last year I wouldn't have believed you. But fast forward a year, I'm now in my 20's and perfume is something I'm beginning to love. Recently I've added two new perfumes as well as a body mist to my collection so for today's post, I thought I'd share my new additions.

My first proper fragrance purchase was something I'd lusted after for a while. I had been using a couple of samples of the Coach Eau De Parfum throughout 2017 and I fell in love with the scent, so when it was reduced during the Black Friday sales I treated myself to a bottle of the perfume. The packaging feels and looks very luxurious, and it's a nice compact size if I need to take it anywhere with me. As for the scent, I would describe it as a fresh fruity scent that's quite subtle, with top notes of raspberry, middle notes of Turkish rose and base notes of suede musk.

I still can't believe I own a Jo Malone fragrance! After coveting the brand for years, I had a hard time choosing which scent to go for - there are so many nice ones! - but in the end, I opted for Red Roses because you can never go wrong with a classic floral fragrance. The scent is quite strong and a little overpowering when it's first applied but after a few minutes it begins to settle down and you're left with a fresh floral scent that's reminiscent of a flower shop. The heart notes of red roses are blended with a top note of lemon and a base note of honeycomb, which add an uplifting freshness to the scent and the notes tone down the rose notes, making it more wearable. Jo Malone's approach to packaging is clean, understated, classic and minimal, and I don't think their packaging will ever go out of style.

And last but not least is a new body mist favourite - Zoella Snowella Body MistYou can't go wrong with a cheap and cheerful body mist for everyday wear, and I love everything about this one from the pretty packaging to the gorgeous scent! This fragrance is packed with notes of peony, mint and pink pepper and to me, the scent is refreshing but also sweet. I think this is a great scent for everyday wear and it will see me through every season in the year.

What's your favourite fragrance?

Love,
Cliona xx
